Replace a faulty or end-of-life smart lock from £125. Smart locks have a working life of 5–8 years and sometimes need replacing due to electronics failure, motor wear or a brand discontinuing app support. We swap out your old unit, fit and pair the new one, and migrate users where possible.

Pricing

Standard smart lock replacement from £125. Premium replacement including full smart home integration up to £225. The price excludes the cost of the new smart lock device — customer supplied. No VAT and no call-out fee — the price you see is the price you pay. Parts and labour are included unless otherwise stated.

Frequently asked questions

Can I switch brand when I replace?
Yes. We can replace a Yale with an August, a Nuki with a SwitchBot, and so on — as long as the new lock fits your door type.

What happens to my old smart lock?
We dispose of it responsibly. Most have removable rechargeable batteries which we recycle separately.

Will my old access codes carry over?
Only if both locks are from the same brand and the manufacturer supports profile migration. Otherwise we re-add users during setup.
